Vietnamese Tourism To Be Promoted at ITE HCMC 2008

ITE HCMC 2008, on its 4th presentation, is a professional travel trade exhibition for the provincial government in Vietnam, hotels, destination operators and travel companies that concern promoting CLV (Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam) as a tourist destination. This is a good chance for all stakeholders in Vietnam to promote their business to the 150 international buyers from 20 countries namely USA, Canada, Germany, France , UK, Spain, Italy, Russia, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Cambodia , Laos etc. We expect 220 exhibitors, 150 international buyers taking up 250 booths of exhibition space for ITE HCMC 2008. This will represent 30% increase over 2007 event. This year, the exhibition will be part of the HCMC Tourism Week (HTW). It encompasses : Buyers’ programme : DOT HCMC will be inviting 150 international buyers from 25 countries to meet with you to conduct business transactions. ASEM Tourism Meeting : 150 tourism senior officials from 39 countries in Asia(13)-Europe(26) will be in HCMC from 10 to 12 September 2008 for the inaugural tourism meeting. As a seller, you will have the opportunity to meet and network with this group of officials for business connections. To add to the festivity of the occasion, the Organisers will also be organizing the ITE Friendship Golf Tournament for the buyers, sellers and VIPs together with the visit of the Miss Earth pageants to spread the message on green and glamour for sustainable tourism. The last day of the exhibition, 14 September is dedicated as a Consumer Day whereby all exhibitors could actively promote your tourism products to the affluence Vietnamese and the large group of expatriates staying in Ho Chi Minh City. Hence, ITE HCMC 2008, being the largest trade tourism exhibition, is an exhibition not be missed.
