Rixos expands its hotel portfolio not only in Turkey but also abroad. Rixos announced the opening of its 2nd property in Kazakhstan; Rixos Almaty Hotel. The hotel will open in November 2008.

Rixos signed an agreement with Kazak Alpari TOO to open Rixos Almaty. The hotel is located at the corners of Seifullina and Kalinina streets at capital of Kazakhstan; Almaty. The hotel is situated on 52 thousand sqm and will have 9 thousand sqm business center.

Moreover, two business skyscrapers and a gigantic shopping center will be opened next to the hotel. Rixos Almaty Hotel will have 262 luxurious guest rooms, 2 special suites that design for head of states, and a large SPA will help guests to relax. The hotel will also offer special events at its 1,100 sqm ball room – largest ball room in Kazakhstan.
