Cyprus Statistics Office revealed that Cyprus's tourist arrivals decreased 2.8% year-over-year to reach 342,554 in July.
In July, the tourist arrivals from Sweden and Greece decreased by 0.1% and 19.4% respectively. Arrivals from Germany plunged 19.8%.
Meanwhile, tourist arrivals from United Kingdom increased 1%, while those from Russia surged 22.9%.
During the January to July period, the tourist arrivals increased 1.2% year-on-year and totaled 1.33 million versus 1.32 million over a year ago. |
