Sky Pearl Club members can now use their mobile phone number as Sky Pearl Card Number, instead of the random number assigned by computer system.

Chief Officer of Sky Pearl Club said, “Thanks to the new service, it’s easier for our customers to remind their card number, especially helpful for our members to earn miles when the card is lost or not at hand.”

“Moreover, the personalized membership card number facilitates instant flight information release to our members. According to the mobile phone number clearly identified on the card, we can send SMS to our members or phone them to update any flight changes, such as delay and cancellation”, he added.

Currently, the new service is exclusively available to newly online applied members and restricted to Chinese mainland mobile phone numbers.

In the next, China Southern Sky Pearl club will continuously promote a series of new services to make passenger’s jouney smooth and comfortable.
