Between March 15-21, the Executive Chéf of Michelin star PICOLLO PRINCE RESTAURANT will be serving a prestigious menu at midtown hotel.

  • Creamed chickpeas and rosemary, paired with red shrimp and topped with caramel lobster sauce
  • Panzanella Toscana, roasted scallops and crispy vegetables seasoned with vinaigrette
  • Traditional ''Calamarata'' pasta From Gragnano served with green asparagus and variety of shell fish
  • Sea Bass, with braised artichokes in fish soup
