Today, Club Med opens bookings for its Winter 2010/2011, offering savings of up to £250* per adult and £125* per child on bookings made before 14 July 2010.

With a portfolio that boasts more than 80 worldwide resorts, 22 of which are top skiing destinations, and a number of incentives for travel agents who book Club Med's luxury resorts, there's never been a better time to encourage clients to look ahead for their next break. Whether it is winter sun or skiing in the Alps, Club Med is the perfect choice.

To encourage early booking, Club Med have launched new agent incentives that include offering £50 gift vouchers for every agent who makes a booking for two including flights at one of the luxury 4 Trident or 5 Trident Club Med destinations before 30 April 2010. Plus, agents can claim an iPod touch when they sell one of the new Club Med luxury villas in Mauritius. Destinations in Club Med's luxury collection include the 5 Trident resort of La Plantation d'Albion in Mauritius, the 4 trident family resort, La Pointe aux Canonniers in Mauritius, the 4 Trident Punta Cana Resort in the Dominican Republic, the 4 Trident Resort of Phuket in Thailand and Kani in the Maldives with its fantastic overwater suites on stilts in its 5 Trident luxury space.

50 per cent of the resorts in Club Med's ski portfolio are newly renovated - boasting refurbished rooms, luxury spaces and new restaurants - so with early booking offers as well, there is every incentive to encourage booking now. Make bookings before 14 July 2010 and save your clients up to £180* per adult and £90* per child on holidays to a variety of destinations in France, Italy and Switzerland including the popular resorts of Val d'Isere, Chamonix, La Plagne 2100, Chamonix Mont-Blanc, Peisey-Vallandry and Cervinia. Club Med enjoyed double digit growth on their ski offering in 2009 so it is wise to get ahead of the curve and make ski bookings now.

Stuart De Bourgogne, Club Med UK Agency Sales Manager said:

"The luxury all-inclusive product is extremely popular and Club Med holidays, offering not just flights and accommodation, but all meals, transfers, beverages, tuition and even a ski pass, get booked up quickly. We want to ensure agents are aware that bookings for Winter holidays 2010/2011 need to happen now if they want to offer the best destinations and the best prices. Last year we massively increased our sales for our ski product and this year, it proves even more competitive as our European markets share peak holidays with the UK this year as well. With our agent incentives and early booking benefits, we hope that agents will be encouraged to start thinking about Winter 2010/ 2011 now."

Club Med ski resorts cater for all types of skier, from the most experienced to beginners,  from thrill seeking couples to families, but winter with Club Med doesn't just mean snow and skis. For those seeking sunshine and sand, why not choose an all-inclusive holiday at one of Club Med's resorts in the Indian Ocean, the Caribbean, Africa or Indonesia. With offers that include savings of up to £250* per adult and £125* per child for holidays at all the long haul destinations in the Club Med portfolio, Club Med could provide the perfect antidote to a cold British weather.

Having pioneered the all-inclusive concept in the 1950s, Club Med is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year and the brand continues to develop, offering a fantastic product at great prices. Having invested in renovating its entire portfolio over the past three years, this year will see Club Med open a brand new 4-Trident resort in Taba Egypt, Sinai Bay.

Club Med Sinai Bay will be a veritable paradise, perfect for families looking for an adventure and ideal for travellers seeking to discover Egypt. The resort will offer children's clubs from four months to 17 years, a 5-Trident luxury space with very comfortable family accommodation and an outstanding selection of sports, including scuba diving in the Red Sea (at extra cost). The local area affords an abundance of exceptional exploration opportunities, such as 4x4 excursions to the Coloured Canyon and trips to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Israel.
