Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, has come up
with two more online services in its bouquet of new products and services to
its customers.
From now on Gulf Air customers travelling to and from Frankfurt can travel absolutely free to and from any of the German cities on the country's most popular train service Deutsche Bahn.
Similarly, Gulf Air passengers travelling to and from London Heathrow can travel between Heathrow airport and Paddington station in Central London by Heathrow Express train service at a concessional rate. Customers have to just pre-book their train ticket at a discounted price on gulfair.com, print out the ticket and walk straight to the train; it is much cheaper than the black cabs and there is no need to stand in the queue to buy tickets. All that customers have to do is to show the print out to the customer service representative on-board the train, who will scan and validate the ticket. "We are constantly looking to make our customers' travel experience easier, hassle-free, more enjoyable and affordable," says Lars Denlew, Gulf Air's Director of Sales and Distribution. "The agreements we reached with two of Europe's best known train services are examples of this. Now Gulf Air customers can stretch their money further by saving on train tickets, which are usually expensive in Europe. As we keep rolling out more products and services, our ultimate aim is to offer the best value-for-money to our customers without compromising on the quality of our service" he concluded. |
